Early LifeEdit

Michelle is the only daughter of Paula Power, a tattoo artist, and Steve Power, a mechanic.

NASCAR CareerEdit

After racing around the Missouri area for thirteen years, Michelle made her NASCAR debut in the debuting Truck Series where she hasn't done that well from 1995 to 1999. The 2000 season was her best year even though she didn't have any wins, out of the all the races on the schedule, all but three she finished in the Top 5, and the other three she finished in the Top 10.

She entered the Nationwide Series in 2001 where she had another bad year and that lasted throughout her time in the Nationwide series from 2001 to 2010 with her best finish came six times which was a fifth place finish at Nashville in the spring races and the fall races.

After the 2010 season, Michelle decided to leave NASCAR for a while. She is making her return to the sport in the Sprint Cup Series for Audette Racing for the 2012 season. Michelle managed to qualify for the Auto Club 400 at Auto Club Speedway, where she ended up finishing thirty-ninth due to a blown engine. She had failed to qualify for the previous four races for the Cup Series at Daytona, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Bristol.

Personal LifeEdit

Michelle has a tattoo of a hear with her name written in bright purple cursive writing which her mother had done for her eighteenth birthday.
